Great inner strength comes from the practice of being, not doing.  Yoga teaches us to sit with ourselves as we are, that we can breathe through anything. By challenging our bodies, we slow down the mind and bring our awareness into the present moment, reminding us that the past and future only exist in our thoughts. We learn to accept our current state simply as it is and then apply that skill to the rest of our lives. We find peace in the now. Fear leaves us and strength emerges. We become soldiers of the mind, body and soul. We become true Warrior Spirits.
